18/12/2009 - 7KP: Partnering Event Cornet/EraSME – Maastricht
SenterNovem (the Netherlands), AiF (Germany), IWT (Belgium-Flanders) and SPW (Belgium-Wallonia) are organising a partnering event for organisations that are interested in submitting project proposals under the nineth CORNET or seventh EraSME calls.
Invited are SMEs, associations, professional federations, clusters and trade organisations, as well as research performing organisations such as private or public research centres, universities and RTOs that are interested in submitting project proposals under the nineth CORNET or seventh EraSME calls. Networking is an explicit objective of the meeting and the partnering event is open to participants from all CORNET and EraSME countries and regions.
The CORNET and EraSME networks consisting of ministries and funding agencies from 20 European countries and regions organise two times per year a call for transnational research project proposals.
These calls enable individual SMEs and groupings of industrial enterprises in collaboration with research performers to submit a proposal for a joint research project with the objective to support SMEs in their innovation potential and competitiveness. Funding is made available through national/regional funding schemes.
If you are invited to join a consortium to submit a proposal to these calls, please contact EU-cel [at] UGent [dot] be.
CORNET is an ERA-NET which networks national and regional programmes for collective research to promote cooperation between SME associations and research organisations across Europe. EraSME is an ERA-NET which networks national and regional programmes to promote cooperation between individual SMEs and research organisations across Europe. Both ERA-NETs have been funded under FP7.
